Fashion designer Christian Audigier is celebrating the opening of his Ed Hardy store in Boston at 328 Newbury St. tomorrow from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., his publicists said in a press release.

The press release added: “The party is open to the public and will feature live music, DJs from Boston’s Kiss 108, and special celebrity guest appearances. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be served, with free merchandise giveaways. In addition, the Ed Hardy Spring 2009 collection will be showcased.”

The press release included a statement from Audigier, who said: “I am inviting the city of Boston to join us in celebrating the opening of our newest store. Ed Hardy is a fashion champion, so it was a natural choice to open a flagship in the City of Champions. Now that we are in Boston, we will join its winning spirit!”
